Please contact us immediately if a problem occurs.

If the item you receive is faulty please contact me for advice on returning, quoting your order number. 
Before reporting a missing item please allow at least:

UK   7 WORKING DAYS
EUROPE   15 WORKING DAYS
REST OF WORLD   25 WORKING DAYS

Should you purchase an item which you then decide you do not want you have 
14 days to return, at your own expense, for an alternative product or a refund but
please email me first quoting order number.

All refunds will be at the invoice price, less any discounts you were given.
Refunds and exchanges can only be given on items returned unopened, unused and in new re-saleable condition
