I'm please to say I don't get many emails  like this:

hi ive not received my products and i paid extra for first class delivery its riddiculous to charge extra for delivery if its not posted out next day its not the buyers problem you can't keep up with orders

Order purchased on 6th and this was received on the 10th (spelling is the customer's)
One less order to do there then!
This lady has been refunded and blocked!!

I am spending as much time as I can working and am working on orders placed on 4th May
As you can imagine all the new arrivals have generated a great many extra orders.
This is the downside to being single handed, no-one to take over when I can't work.
Please bear in mind that the reason my prices are as reasonable as they are is because
there is only me working at MaddyLisa and if this changed the prices would have
to increase to take this into account.  You may have to wait a little longer when 
it's a busy time but this is offset by the lower prices and free postage.

  Buyers spending £20 in one order and paying by Paypal or card 
receive an automatic 5% discount.

unless I'm certain I can supply it within seven to ten days.

I'm sorry I can't email everyone separately but your messages are greatly appreciated

If you receive an email telling you an item is back in stock but when you go to the item it's
still out of stock it means other customers have bought all the stock which arrived.
Many items arrive and are sold out on the same day.

OVERSEAS
Due to several packets sent Air Mail not being received no parcels will be sent outside
UK unless they are sent AirSure or International Signed For so they can be tracked

I'm sorry, I know this will affect customers who wish to buy small inexpensive items but have no alternative.

To be notified of an "Out of Stock" product arrival please
enter your email address on the item page and you'll get an
automatic email when the item is re-stocked, thanks.
Should you change your email address please re-enter your new
email address on the item or notification will fail.

Any items which are showing as out of stock will usually be re-stocked.  Items
we are not going to stock again are usually deleted from the shop when last
item is sold.

Shop hours are:
10.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday,
​10.30am - 3pm Saturday.


There will be no-one to answer the telephone after 3.00pm on
Saturday until 10.30am Monday morning.
You can still email or place orders and emails will be answered
in order of receipt on Monday.

Please note: without your email address on the order it isn't possible to
send receipt or dispatch notifications.
It is also helpful to put a contact phone number in case I need to speak to you about your order.
This will not be used for any other purpose and not passed to anyone else.

You do not need a Paypal account.
Please click on Paypal as they handle the payments and the checkout will take you through
using your debit or credit card but you do need to click Paypal first.

I aim to dispatched on the next working day but during busy periods
please allow at least 48 hours for dispatch. 

Dispatch is by 2nd class Royal Mail and is free for UK buyers.

Should you wish to purchase more than two of the same item please contact me first and explain why you need 3+ of one design.

RETURNS
Should you purchase an item which you then decide you don't want you have 14 days to return it,
at your expense, for exchange or refund.  
Please email first, quoting your full name,
item details and order number.
Without this information it takes much longer to deal with the return. 
Please do not just return to me without letting me know first.
It would be very helpful 
if you could enclose your invoice and please write if you wish for
a refund or which item you want in exchange.

The web-shop will go on as a Memorial to MaddyLisa, the inspiration for the web-site
and a lovely friend, who just happened to be canine.
