Q. Problems logging in
A. There has been a glitch in the Account Log In section of the web-site, which has been disabled so hopefully this will cure the problem of not being able to log in, which sadly has been happening to lots of people. Please accept my apologies if you are one of the customers who has been affected by the frustration of this problem.
Q. Do you take pre-orders?
A. No, sorry, I don't have the facility for this at present
Q. Can you email me when an item comes back into stock?
A. We now have the facility for you to go to the product and request an email when back in stock
Q. How do I know when new stock arrives?
A. Information is put on the front page or you may have chosen to be advised by email
Q. Will I get the 5% discount if I pay by cheque?
A. No, I'm sorry, we no longer accept cheques
Q. If I see something on another site that you don't stock will you be able get it?
A. If we can get it from our usual suppliers we are happy to try - drop us an email and we'll find out.
Q. What happens if my parcel doesn't arrive
A. Please allow at least 7 working days for Uk deliveries before contacting us about non delivery - we won't be able to replace or refund until Royal Mail refunds us
Overseas: allow at least 10 working days for Europe and 21 working days for Rest of World
Q. Can I return an item if I don't like it
A. Yes but within 3 days of purchase and you must email us first to let us know what you are doing and the item must be unused and packaging in good condition to be able to re-sell.
Unwanted goods are returned at your own cost and please include your full name and reason for return.
Q. What do I do if my item is faulty
A. Email us immediately and depending on the problem we'll advise the best solution
