Orders are usually dispatched the next working day by 1st class Royal Mail but are currently taking a little longer than usual. I'm spending as much time as I can to get orders out but there may be a 24-48 hour delay, so please bear with me.
While Russ (my hubby) is unwell I'd appreciate it if calls could be kept to a minimum as he's sleeping a great deal and the phone wakes him.  I'll answer messages in the order they're received (many questions are answered in the FAQ section) but outstanding orders take priority over messages. This section will be updated re dispatch times etc so please check here regularly.
